What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Account” link in the navigation menu on the left side of the page.  Click on Forgotten password?, enter your Email Address, and a new password will be sent to this email address.  You will be able to reset your password once you have logged in with this new password by selecting the “Account” link in the navigation menu, then selecting “Change Password.”

How can I find a member on Video Online.com?

When registering, you have the option to allow your screen name, member page, or email to be visible or hidden from other Video Online members. If you choose to allow them to be visible, then other Video Online members can contact you at the email address listed and find you in a member search based on information that you provided on your member page. To search and locate an Video Online member, click on "Advanced Search" located on the left navigation bar. Select "Member" from the search type pull-down menu. Then enter the screen name or any words for the type of people/interests you are trying to locate. Video Online will deliver a listing of all members that match the keyword or screen name you enter.

What are Favorites?

As you discover interesting programs and channels on Video Online, you can save them in your "Favorites" section. Then when you return, you will find all of your favorite channels and programs have been listed in one place for easy viewing. To view your favorite programs, click on the "Account" tab left navigation bar  and then click on " Favorites" located on the left navigation bar. You will see a listing of all of your favorite channels and programs saved during previous visits.

How do I save a channel or program in "Favorites"?

On every program page, there is a link to save to "Favorites," located to the right. To save a channel or program in "Favorites," click on "Add this Program to your Favorites and set up Email Notification." From the resulting page you will also have a chance to opt to receive email directly from the broadcaster of the program. Once you have added the program to "Favorites" you are able to link directly to it every time you log on. The program will remain in "Favorites" until you delete it.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, follow these directions:

  1. Click on the "Account" link in the Navigation menu.
  2. Click on the "Change Password" link in the Navigation menu.
  3. Enter your existing password. Please note that if you lost your password and logged in with a temporary password that Video Online sent you via email, you must enter the password sent to you in this email.
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  5. Press "Save."
